In April 2013, a sweet injured kitty came into our shelter after being hit by a car. He was under weight and covered in fleas. We had a vet onsite who was able to give him pain relief, assess his injuries and scheduled the surgery to repair his broken leg. WE began a social media plea to raise funding for his care. As the days past his owners never surfaced but support began to pour in for Uncle Cracker’s medical fees. Funding was quickly raised to cover his surgery and thanks to donors like you he was able to get the care he needed to help him go on to live a long happy life.
